Our kimchi is handcrafted right here in Tirana using traditional fermentation techniques that have been used for centuries. Each 350g jar takes weeks to develop its complex layers of spicy, tangy, umami, and subtly sweet flavors

Here’s what makes this different: we ferment in small batches using only quality Nappa cabbage, daikon radish, and spring onion. We make our sauce ourselves with fresh pear and apple as the base, blended with freshly minced garlic and ginger, topped up with a bit of soy sauce and carefully mixed with chili powder. No artificial preservatives. No synthetic flavors. No shortcuts. It’s accidentally vegan, naturally probiotic, and packed with the live cultures that support healthy digestion and a happy tongue.

Choose Your Heat Level:

  • Mild – Perfect introduction to kimchi with gentle warmth

  • Spicy – Traditional Korean heat that builds with each bite

Keep refrigerated at 5°C. Best consumed within 3 weeks of opening each jar.
